TRUDOSE Research works to process orders promptly and provide customers with tracking information once an order has been prepared for shipment. Order-processing times and carrier-transit times are separate. Delivery estimates may vary because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination, address accuracy, and other circumstances outside our control. 1. Order Processing Most orders are prepared for shipment within **1–3 business days** after payment has been successfully received and the order has completed any required review. Processing may include: * Payment confirmation * Order verification * Inventory confirmation * Product preparation * Packaging * Shipping-label creation * Transfer to the shipping carrier Processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, periods of unusually high order volume, payment reviews, inventory interruptions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of TRUDOSE Research. An order is not considered shipped merely because a shipping label has been created. Carrier transit begins after the package has been accepted or scanned by the carrier. 2. Business Days Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other days when TRUDOSE Research or its shipping carriers are closed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day. 3. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions TRUDOSE Research currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Orders may be restricted or canceled when shipment to a particular state, territory, locality, address, or recipient is prohibited or limited by applicable law, carrier policy, payment-provider requirements, or company compliance procedures. Availability of a product on the website does not guarantee that it can legally or operationally be shipped to every destination. 4. Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated carrier-transit times are shown during checkout. Any delivery timeframe shown during checkout is an estimate unless the shipping carrier expressly guarantees that service. The estimated carrier-transit period begins after order processing is complete and the carrier has accepted the package. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s estimated transit time unless expressly stated otherwise. TRUDOSE Research does not guarantee an exact delivery date. 5. Shipping Delays TRUDOSE Research makes reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe presented at checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer. When we become aware that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date and provide available options, which may include: * Accepting the revised shipping timeframe * Modifying the order when available * Canceling the unshipped portion of the order for a refund Carrier delays occurring after a package has been accepted by the carrier may be outside the direct control of TRUDOSE Research. 6. Tracking Information When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order has been prepared for shipment. Customers should verify that their email address is correct and check spam, junk, or promotions folders when a tracking email is not visible. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours or longer to display movement after a label is created or the carrier first receives the package. 7. Customer Shipping Information Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information during checkout, including: * Recipient name * Street address * Apartment, suite, building, or unit number * City * State * ZIP code * Email address * Telephone number when requested Customers should review this information carefully before submitting an order. Contact TRUDOSE Research immediately at **[trudoselabs@gmail.com](mailto:trudoselabs@gmail.com)** when an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been transferred to a carrier. TRUDOSE Research is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law. 8. Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues After a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery operations are generally managed by that carrier. Delivery may be affected by: * Severe weather * Natural disasters * Holidays * Carrier congestion * Transportation interruptions * Incorrect or incomplete addresses * Security restrictions * Misrouting * Delayed tracking scans * Local delivery conditions TRUDOSE Research may provide reasonable assistance with locating a shipment or submitting an eligible carrier inquiry, but cannot guarantee the outcome of a carrier investigation or claim. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived. 9. Packages Marked as Delivered When tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, customers should promptly: 1. Confirm that the shipping address on the order was correct. 2. Check mailboxes, porches, side entrances, garages, parcel lockers, and other secure delivery areas. 3. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or front-desk personnel whether they accepted the package. 4. Allow a short period for a premature delivery scan to update. 5. Contact the shipping carrier directly. 6. Contact TRUDOSE Research at **[trudoselabs@gmail.com](mailto:trudoselabs@gmail.com)** if further assistance is needed. A carrier’s delivered scan does not automatically determine the result of every dispute. Each report may be reviewed according to the available tracking records, order information, carrier findings, and applicable law. 10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery. Contact TRUDOSE Research within **48 hours of recorded delivery** when an order: * Arrives visibly damaged * Contains the wrong product * Is missing an item * Contains a damaged product * Appears to have been opened or tampered with Send the following information to **[trudoselabs@gmail.com](mailto:trudoselabs@gmail.com)**: * Order number * Customer name * Description of the problem * Photograph of the external shipping package * Photograph of the shipping label * Photograph of the internal packaging * Photograph or video showing the damaged, incorrect, or missing contents Customers should retain all packaging and contents until the review is complete. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may limit our ability to verify the issue or pursue a carrier claim. This reporting period does not eliminate any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law. 11. Lost Packages A shipment may not be considered lost until the carrier’s applicable waiting or investigation period has passed. When tracking has stopped updating or a shipment appears lost, contact **[trudoselabs@gmail.com](mailto:trudoselabs@gmail.com)** with the order number and tracking number. TRUDOSE Research may: * Review the tracking history * Contact the carrier * Request additional customer information * Open a carrier inquiry or claim when eligible * Determine an appropriate resolution based on the available evidence and applicable policies Do not file multiple conflicting claims with TRUDOSE Research, the carrier, the payment provider, and other parties without accurately disclosing the status of each claim. 12. Returned or Undeliverable Packages A package may be returned to TRUDOSE Research because of: * An incorrect or incomplete address * Refusal by the recipient * Failure to retrieve the package * Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts * Carrier restrictions * An unauthorized forwarding request * Other delivery problems When a package is returned, TRUDOSE Research may contact the customer to determine the available next step. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply before an order is reshipped when the return resulted from customer-provided information, refusal, or failure to accept or retrieve the shipment. Any refund eligibility will be determined under the TRUDOSE Research Refund Policy and applicable law. Original shipping costs may be nonrefundable when the carrier service was performed. 13. Order Changes and Cancellations Order-change and cancellation requests should be sent immediately to **[trudoselabs@gmail.com](mailto:trudoselabs@gmail.com)**. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing has started, inventory has been allocated, a shipping label has been created, or the package has been transferred to the carrier. When an order has already shipped, it may be subject to the Refund Policy rather than cancellation. 14. Research-Use Products Products sold by TRUDOSE Research are offered strictly for lawful laboratory and research purposes. Customers are responsible for confirming that an order may be lawfully purchased, possessed, received, and used in their jurisdiction before placing the order. TRUDOSE Research may reject, restrict, hold, or cancel an order when required by applicable law, payment-processing rules, carrier requirements, company compliance procedures, or other legitimate operational concerns. 15. Fraud Prevention and Order Review Orders may be reviewed for payment security, suspected fraud, unusual purchasing activity, address discrepancies, or compliance concerns. TRUDOSE Research may request additional verification before shipping. Failure to complete a requested verification may result in delayed processing or cancellation and refund of the affected order. 16.
